Corporate and institutional storytelling workshops

Business
and institutions.

Corporate and institutional storytelling and visual communication workshops by Giorgio Sitta. For companies, public bodies, universities, schools, training providers and associations that want to communicate with authenticity and consistency.

Giorgio Sitta

Three programmes for organisations that want to build internal narrative capability. The work covers video, visual communication and strategic storytelling, with formats designed for the corporate context.

Every programme begins with a conversation. The form is defined after understanding the context, the team and the objective.

The Workshop #04 programme

Workshop #04 is structured in four consecutive modules, each with stated objectives and verifiable outputs.

The workshop takes place in person over two days. Only when necessary is it spread over several weeks remotely. Each edition takes up to twenty participants.

1

Narrative diagnosis

An analysis of the brand's current voice through existing materials: photos, videos, social content, company presentations. Not to judge them, but to understand what they really communicate and where gaps open between intention and perception.

2

Visual grammar

The tools of visual storytelling applied to an organisation: composition, light, sequence, rhythm. How to translate values and culture into visual choices that are recognisable and consistent over time.

3

Brand voice

Building an operational framework for the brand's visual voice: guidelines, examples and use cases. Not a manual to be filed away, but a tool for everyday content production.

4

Operational editorial plan

From strategy to operations: how to plan, produce and distribute consistent visual content in a way the in-house team can sustain, without depending entirely on external suppliers.

Who the workshops for organisations are for

The workshops are for organisations that produce visual communication in-house or work with external content suppliers, and want to do so with more awareness and consistency.

  • Marketing and communications teamsthat manage visual content production and need a shared language to work together and with agencies.
  • Businesses in every sector, from industry to crafts and services, that want to tell their work and their culture in a direct and recognisable way.
  • Organisations going through a rebrand or repositioningthat need to align the in-house team before addressing the market with a new voice.
  • Public bodies and institutions, that is communication and public relations offices of municipalities, regions and agencies, that need to make services, choices and projects understandable.
  • Universities, schools and research centresthat want to tell teaching, research and projects beyond the circle of specialists.
  • Training providerslooking for teachers for storytelling, visual communication and artificial intelligence courses for businesses.
  • Associations, foundations and the third sectorthat need to tell a cause and report on a project with limited means.
  • HR and People & Culture teamsthat use visual content for internal communication, recruitment and employer branding.

The workshop can be delivered in Italian or English. A tailored format is available for groups of more than twenty people.

Are the workshops also suitable for public bodies, schools and associations?
Yes. The method is the same; what changes are the materials we work on: communications to citizens, reports, funded projects. For Italian public bodies I am registered on MePA and Sintel.
